二 | （来源：玉溪政协） 8月21日，峨山县政协组织无党派人士界别、甸中镇委员活动组委员，围绕拟提出的关于加快新村至云茶山庄旅游环线建设、加强对城南柏锦大沟修缮和管理、推进“快递进村”补齐农村物流短板3件集体提案开展调研。县政协副主席张继参加。委员们先后到峨山县客运站、双江街道新村村委会和柏锦社区柏锦大沟，实地察看快递分拣中心的建设运营、新村至云茶山庄旅游环线及柏锦大沟修缮管理情况，听取职能部门的情况介绍，并与玉交集团、新村村委会、柏锦社区等企业、基层干部面对面交流，详细了解相关情况及群众的期盼。在随后召开的座谈会上，召集人结合拟提的集体提案，组织委员们学习了快递和旅游产业的相关知识及政策规定，并听取县交通运输局专题汇报新村至云茶山庄旅游环线和快递进村推进情况，双江街道汇报了柏锦大沟的修建管理情况，县文化和旅游局、县自然资源局、县工信局等单位结合各自职责职能对拟提提案涉及的相关内容进行详尽补充说明。委员们一致认为，拟提的3个提案与民生和峨山的经济社会发展息息相关，以集体提案形式提出很有必要。张继提出，此次调研紧扣无党派人士界别和甸中镇委员活动组所培育的集体提案来开展，搭建了界别委员与相关部门的联系沟通平台，主题突出，形式务实。此次调研仅仅是培育提案的开始，下一步要深入调研和协商探讨，充分发挥提案的建言资政作用。供稿：峨山县政协李翠华返回，查看更多。
